The Lo-Down
The Lower Highlands neighborhood – affectionately called “LoHi” – is being called Denver’s hottest new zip code.

The neighborhood has managed to maintain its eclectic, historic atmosphere as it also welcomes some of the trendiest restaurants and boutiques. From Prospect on Central, you can walk the buzzing, funky streets to catch dinner at the area’s hottest restaurants (think: LoLa, Vita, Amato’s Ale House, Sushi Sasa and Masterpiece Delicatessen); walk or bike across the Highland Bridge and Platte River Bridge to enjoy Denver’s downtown scene; or throw on your favorite sports team’s gear and head to the Pepsi Center, Coors Field or Invesco Field at Mile High.

If the mountains are your escape, jump in your car and jump onto I-25 or I-70 in minutes.
